The Dallas Cowboys announced Thursday that the team will not use the franchise tag on any of its 13 free agents. The team was expected to tag left tackle Doug Free, who was the only sure thing on the Dallas offensive line in 2010. However, the team said it will not tag free or any of the other four free agents who are starters. Below is a list of the other 12 free agents.
