DeMarco Murray dinged in Baltimore USP 150x150 Dallas Cowboys | Cowboys vs Redskins flexed to Sunday Night FootballThe National Football League has a fantastic idea for switching a prime time game next Sunday.
The NFL has confirmed that the Week 17 Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins game has been flexed to Sunday Night Football on NBC on December 30 at 7:20pm CST.  The Cowboys-Redskins will determine the winner of the NFC East and is the biggest game of the final week of the season.  It will be time for Tony Romo and the Cowboys to take on Robert Griffin III and the Redskins, with the final playoff spot on the line.

The Cowboys and Redskins still have one of the best rivalries in all of sports, which is even more special that this one has come down to a winner-take-all game.  So if the Cowboys can beat Washington, and even if New York beats the Eagles next Sunday, the Jason Garrett and the Dallas Cowboys would win any tiebreaker and advance to the playoffs as the division champs, which also means hosting a playoff game.
